FIELD: elastic envelopes designed for closing pipeline, possibly in public service, gas oil and oil production industry branches. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes flexible elastic envelope having cylindrical and end portions made of rubber-cord material and having union. Branch pipe is mounted in end portions of envelopes for passing working fluid. Said branch pipe is in the form of flexible corrugated hose reinforced with metallic spring and twisted relative to lengthwise axis by angle in range 5 -180 degrees. End parts of flexible corrugated hose are cured; end portions of metallic spring are secured to flanges rigidly mounted in center of end portions of envelope.
