METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS OVER COMMUNICATION CHANNEL Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC H04B3/54

Abstract RU 2285336 C2

FIELD: power engineering and electric communications.

SUBSTANCE: definite instruction is assigned combination of desired-frequency signals; combinations can be composed so that they will comply with group of definite instructions and not with only any one instruction. Measured on receiving end is signal power in preset frequency bands corresponding to definite frequencies. For taking decision on presence of useful signal it is important to know not only absolute value of measured power but also ratio of this value to signal power within range of operating frequency band. Upon measuring relative power in each of preset frequency bands measured value is compared with preset threshold value and comparison result is used to shape logic signal indicating presence or absence of desired power signal within any one frequency band, whereupon their combination is produced and compared with reference ones corresponding to definite instruction or group of instructions, and decision is taken on receiving one or other instruction or group of instructions.

EFFECT: enhanced safety in instruction transmission; ability of sending greater number of instructions.
