FIELD: preparation of cellular concrete mixtures. SUBSTANCE: mixer has body with loading and unloading devices and flexible mixing member positioned inside body. Mixing member is made as a set of flexible strings secured uniformly over circumference of discs installed on shaft, on mixer end-faces and attached directly to shaft at several points, thus forming screw-shaped surface. Mixer may be provided with mixing member whose converged branches of strings carry loads. Mass of every load is determined by formula , where η - is dynamic viscosity of mixture, kg/m.s; ν - is number of mixer shaft revolutions, rpm; d is volumetric mass of load material, kg/m.
