FIELD: building industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for manufacturing building materials from mineral substances. For preparing the moldable mass method involves preliminary preparing the parent composition by using water sodium glass as a binding agent with the density value d = 1.36-1.42 g/cm3, sodium fluorosilicate as a silicon-containing hardening agent and glycerol as a modifying agent. The content of component is chosen in limits of required ratios, wt.-%: silicon-containing compound, 2-5; ash microspheres, 20-45; modifying agent from group of polyhydric alcohols, 2-4, and water glass, the balance. Invention can b used in manufacturing heat-insulating materials for load-carrying structural articles. Invention provides enhancing technological effectiveness in mechanical treatment based on enhanced mechanical strength, deformability, reducing fragility in retaining thermal stability and low density of the ready material.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of composition.
