FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly methods or devices for cementing, for plugging holes, crevices, or the like.

SUBSTANCE: method involves welding profiled pipe joints; lowering shutter in well; straighten shutter with pressure and flaring thereof. During connection of profiled pipes including different number of longitudinal corrugations and having equal perimeters defined along outer surface in pipe cross-section and equal wall thicknesses pipe ends are shaped to provide equal dimensions thereof regardless of initial pipe end shapes. Pipe end shaping device comprises body and shaping members fastened to horizontal hydraulic press rod so that pipe end may be inserted in gap defined between the shaping members so that pipe end takes shape of the gap regardless of initial pipe end shape.

EFFECT: simplified shutter assemblage and increased reliability of profiled pipe sections connection.
