FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular, to connection of shaped pipes to each other, expanded in process of their overlapping of zones of drilling complication or failure of casing string integrity in wells. Method of connection of pipes of shaped shutter includes making grooves at connected ends of shaped pipes, at that on one pipe groove is made along external diameter, and on other – along inner diameter, then, tight connection is made by insertion of these ends of pipes into each other with subsequent profiling, lowering of profile shutter into the well after assembly, and its straightening by pressure, by flaring or mandrel up to tight and tight pressing to walls of the well. At that, the groove along the external diameter at one end of the pipe is performed along the cone with narrowing at the end, groove along inner diameter at corresponding end of other pipe is also performed along cone with extension at end. After profiling in side surfaces of protrusions of profile of outer pipe end one or several blind holes are made with wiring between contacting grooves of pipe ends, corresponding ends of pipes are marked and disassembled. Before lowering into the well the corresponding marked ends of the pipes are tightly connected, and pins are inserted into the holes with tightness for reliable connection of pipes before the shaped shutter assembly is lowered in the assembly, wherein number and diameter of holes and pins are greater, the greater the load, which will be subject to connection of shutter tubes in the well.

EFFECT: disclosed method of connection of pipes of profile shutter allows simplifying assemblages on the wellhead, reducing loads at expansion of profile shutter in well and providing tightness of connection of shaped pipes.
