FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for improving physical-and-chemical and service properties of diesel fuel. Proposed plant fro complex cleaning of diesel fuel contains rotary-disk vortex apparatus accommodating rotor in form of hollow shaft-plate holder with set of conical working plates with holes on side surface and cutoff-blind conical plate arranged over working plates. Outer diameter of cutoff-blond plate of vortex apparatus is 1.2-1.5 times larger that outer diameter of working plate. Inner diameter of housing is 1.6 - 1.9 times larger than outer diameter of working plate, and area of side surface of working plate 1.2-1.4 times greater than area of cross section of interpolate apparatus. Plant has also supply main line on which pressure pump is installed, outgoing main line connected to output-ring channel between shaft-plate holder of rotor and cutoff-blind plate of vortex apparatus. Transfer pump and filter are installed on outgoing main line. Filter is provided with porous partition made of hydrophilic synthetic polymeric material, density 120-160 kg/cu.m and diameter of pores of 20-100 mcm.
EFFECT: improved cleaning of diesel fuel.
