FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: fuel is heated up to a temperature higher than 90°C, delivered, separated and homogenized under the action of centrifugal forces when fuel moves from the bottom to the top in a vortex apparatus. The fuel is then filtered and stabilized by introducing into the fuel heated depression additives based on copolymer solution of ethylene with vinyl acetate in hydrocarbon solution. The device has heat exchanger, vortex apparatus, filter, and mixer connected in series. The service rate tank with the additive is connected to the mixer through a batcher. The tank is provided with a means for heating. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
