SUBSTANCE: method involves investigating oral cavity secretion for determining interleukine-1β content in saliva. Its increase from 46.0 pg/l to 300 pg/l is interpreted as low inflammation intensity, from 300 pg/l to 700 pg/l as moderate and above 700 pg/l as high inflammation intensity.
EFFECT: high information capacity of noninvasive method.
