FIELD: electrochemical sizing of electrically conducting articles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on optimal duration of sizing pulses corresponding to maximum accuracy of duplication and to definite magnitude of clearance. Accurate on-line information on sizes of clearance is obtained due to alternation of sizing pulses with measuring pulses during electrochemical sizing process. Plant proposed for realization of this method includes units for generation of control signal during measuring pulses of voltage. Control units are used for automation of electrochemical sizing and simultaneous maintenance of its optimal mode. To this end, control units are provided with pulse control unit for setting duration of voltage pulses fed to clearance.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of duplication.
