FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical treatment of metals and alloys intended for forming of regular nano- and micrometer layer on complex shaped surface. Said treatment is performed in neutral electrolyte at minor electrode gaps using current pulses timed with electrode tool oscillation phases corresponding to electrolyte pressure in said gap. Electrode approach speed is selected so that electrolyte pressure peak value in electrode gap P(t)max does not exceed tolerable maximum electrolyter pressure in said gap [Pmax]. At P(t)max over [Pmax], electrode approach speed is decreased while at P(t)max smaller than [Pmax] said speed is increased. Note here that maximum electrolyte pressure in electrode gap P(t)max is maintained I the range of P(t)max ≥ 0,8 [Pmax] and P(t)max ≤ [Pmax].
EFFECT: higher precision and eficiency.
