FIELD: automatic control systems.

SUBSTANCE: system of capacity indicator for controlling operation of device in response to speed of alternation of capacity resulting from movement of closest object, contains two reading electrode, positioned on surface and phase synchronization circuit, including generator, controlled by voltage, and block for comparison of phase and frequency, installed between reading electrodes, and also radio frequency circuit, used for providing working frequency to reading electrodes. Contour circuit, including bearing frequency generator, provides fixed supporting frequencies for tracking phase synchronization circuit and phase delay circuit, enabled between aforementioned block for comparison of phase and frequency and aforementioned generator, controlled by voltage and sending signals for generation of oscillations, controlled by voltage, which are formed prior to generations of oscillations, created by supporting frequency generator. Launching circuit provides output controlling signals in response to change in phase shift and in given working frequency.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
