FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for preoperative planning of laparoscopic interventions on organs of retroperitoneal space on the basis of preoperative computed tomography. At the preoperative stage, a computed tomography is performed in the patient's lateral surgical position on a healthy side. Obtained computer tomography is used to define a surgical action plane and by performing an operation action axis from a pathologically changed organ perpendicular to the operative action plane, an optical trocar is placed on the anterior abdominal wall, and working ports are installed from this point by principle of triangulation, so that angle between working tools was equal to 60–90° and angle of inclination of tool plane is 60°.
EFFECT: method provides optimal access.
