FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating patient state from clinical parameters like patient age (parameter A), thrombosis danger (parameter B) determined from Domanig scale, available concomitant cardiovascular pathology (parameter C), available concomitant respiratory pathology (parameter D), two or more available kinds of concomitant pathologies in compensation stage (parameter E), traumatic consequences (parameter F) that is evaluated by applying laparoscopic operation traumaticity classification list, probable laparoscopic operation duration (parameter G), complicated form of patient principle disease availability that gives the reason for making laparoscopic operation (parameter H), open operation availability in the zone of laparoscopic operation in the patient anamnesis (parameter I), factors determining additional technical complications during the operation (parameter J). Forecasting index is calculated from formula FI= (A+B+C+D+E)x(F+G+H+I+J). The index value being less than 75, combined laparoscopic operations are indicated. The value being from 75 to 100, combined laparoscopic operations are admissible. The value being greater than 100, operation is considered to be dangerous. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis.
