Laparoscope is introduced above the umbilicus. Supplementary trocars are also applied. Epigastric trocar is introduced below the right costal arch on the medial clavicular line and below the right costal arch on the anterior axillary line. The abdominal cavity is drained with silicone tubes having 5mm large diameter in right subhepatic and subdiaphragmatic space. the wounds are sutured. EFFECT: reduced traumatic complications risk.
