SAFE PERFUSION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61M1/02

Abstract RU 2556523 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a safe system for physiological fluid perfusion providing final compatibility control of the treatment and the patient's status and/or clinical situation pre-diagnosed by the doctor with the use of a simple, effective and energy-saving method. To this effect, the system according to the invention comprises: a fluid perfusion circuit (100, 1000) comprising a perfusion catheter (101), a perfusion tube (102, 1002), as well as a container (103, 1003) for the pre-set perfusion product administered into the patient (B) by perfusion; a collector (400) for a physiological fluid sampled from the patient; a sample collection container (303) provided with a fluid connector (300) to the sample collector (400); a unit (710, 721) for analysing and comparing (710, 721) the collected physiological fluid and a sample (810) of the pre-set product; a fluid connector between the unit for analysing and the sample collection container; a unit (731) for controlling the perfusion product flow in the tube; the unit for analysing and comparing transmits information (IC) to the unit for controlling the flow according to the results of comparing the collected physiological fluid (302) and the pre-set sample (810) of the product.

EFFECT: developing the safe system for the physiological fluid perfusion.
