FIELD: production equipment used at enterprises of the building industry, applicable for molding of wall blocks, boards and other building products.
SUBSTANCE: the mould for production of building blocks includes a bottom, lateral and end walls and has a bottom composed of cantilever arms positioned around the edges of the lateral and end walls, an embedded plate-bottom resting on the cantilever arms. The lateral and end walls of the mould are made at an angle to the console arms outwards. L-shaped inserts made of polystyrene are installed vertically around the edges of the lateral and end walls on the embedded plate-bottom the vertical trimmed ends of the insert shelves are made at an angle to the base. The angle of inclination of the end and lateral walls, as well as the angle of production of the vertical trimmed ends of the shelves to the base of the inserts does not exceed 1 deg.
EFFECT: simplified production of the mould and enhanced convenience of its use in the process of production of the blocks, simplified process of production of them, as well as the production of an even aesthetic surface of the blocks.
