FIELD: mechanical working, milling of curvilinear contour surfaces with constant radius in universal milling machine tool.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes rotating face chuck. In order to enhance efficiency of manufacturing process at working blanks due to shortening time period for approaching circle arc center of milled surface to rotation axis of face chuck, carriage and table for fastening blank are mounted on face chuck with possibility of motion in horizontal plane in mutually normal directions while motion values are read from dials.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of manufacturing process.
