FIELD: technique for drying of dispersed materials used in microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: drier has drying chamber, battery type cyclone filter, heat generator, fan unit, pedestal, air duct, rotor closure, deflector and pump, and heat generator for purifying and heating of air. Air is drawn into heat generator, is further directed through filter and along gas burners to be heated and delivered into drying chamber. Fan unit consists of two high-pressure fans connected in series. Rotor closure for automatic emptying of hopper consists of casing incorporating rotor rotated by means of motor-reducer. Drying chamber is made in the form of cone which is smoothly continued with cylindrical portion in its upper part. Dome is axially positioned in the center of casing. Air drawing gap is provided in the vicinity of base, between casing and dome. Product spraying nozzles disposed in lower part of drying chamber are formed as acoustic nozzles, each consisting of housing within which are positioned bushing and central rod having conical shoulder defining acoustic vibration generator formed as nozzle and resonator. Sprayer is fixed within housing by means of ring and is formed as annular cavity delimited by cylindrical holder with liquid feeding openings uniformly distributed through said holder. Resonator is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity provided in body of central rod axially disposed within bushing which is axially aligned with casing. Spherical cavity is connected through calibrated opening to annular slot delimited by end surfaces of bushing and rod at the side of conical surface of shoulder. Central rod is positioned for fixed movement lengthwise of casing axis by means of threaded connector retained using check nut.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in drying of dispersed materials.
