FIELD: oil producing industry; petrochemical industry; other industries; methods and devices for magnetic treatment of the process liquids.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to magnetic treatment of the process liquids and may be used, for example, for reduction of sedimentation of salts and for demulsification of the process liquids moving in the pipelines. The method provides for action on the process liquid by the magnetic and electric fields and formation of the impurity gradient. In the stream of the process liquid they form the area or areas with the null magnetic induction. The device includes the magnetic system and the hydrodynamic chamber. The linear magnetic system containing at least two parallel linear magnetic components with the similar poles directed to each other is fixed inside the hydrodynamic chamber in parallel to the stream of the process liquid. The invention allows to increase efficiency and the technological effectiveness of the treatment of the process liquid, at the treatment process simplification due to formation of the area with the null magnetic induction in the stream of the process liquid, for example, directly in the pipeline, and the necessity in the power supply line of an application of an electrical power and to utilize the concentrated solution is eliminated.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase of efficiency and the technological effectiveness of the liquid treatment process, its simplification, elimination of the necessity in the electrical power supply line and in utilization of the concentrated solution.
