FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosives, particularly, to production of explosive components. Proposed method comprises making mix of liquid-viscous components by bubbling inert gas in vessel with cover and compressed inert gas feed and discharge valves, proportioning said mix of liquid-viscous components by feeding inert gas for displacement, proportioning powder components and their mixing. Mixing of liquid-viscous components by bubbling, and proportioning said mix of liquid-viscous components by feeding inert gas for displacement are performed subject to properties of liquid-viscous components and those of their mix.
EFFECT: higher quality and safety.
