FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of product from explosive composition includes batching of liquid-viscous and powdery components of explosive composition, their mixing in vertical mixer with detachable body first at atmospheric pressure, then under vacuum, disconnection of mixer body from mixing head and product moulding. Mixing of explosive composition components under vacuum is done in two stages. At the first stage mixing is done at residual pressure of 27-40 kPa for 5-15 minutes, and at the second stage - at residual pressure of 0.7-2.7 kPa for 60-120 minutes. Prior to disconnection of mixer body from mixing head explosive composition is kept in mixer at idle mixers and atmospheric pressure for 120-360 minutes at the temperature of 40-70°C. Afterwards vacuum is created in mixer with residual pressure of 0.7-2.7 kPa, and mixing composition is mixed for 5-10 minutes.

EFFECT: improvement of explosive composition rheological properties, exclusion of air capsulation in composition in process of mixer body disconnection from mixing head.
