FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises metering fluid-viscous and powder components of explosive and mixing them in vertical mixer furnished with detachable casing and missing head with mixers. It includes also removing the said mixers from mixed explosive to force air out from the cavity formed in the said mixed explosive, right under mixers on their withdrawal, jointing aforesaid detachable casing to piston system of the product extrusion and forming. Mixers' withdrawal is carried out on lowering, in steps, aforesaid detachable casing at the 0.02 to 0.10 m/min rate, holding it on every step and lifting it by 0.3 to 0.5 of lowering travel at 0.08 to 0.20 m/min rate on every step.

EFFECT: higher quality of explosive with high yield point.
