FIELD: rocketry; chemical industry; methods of production of components for the ballistite type solid rocket propellants.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of production of components for the ballistite type solid rocket propellants with the improved burning quality. The copper oxide dispersion deposition on the nitrocellulose filaments is conducted in the reaction of interaction of copper acetate with caustic soda, but additionally the minor amount of polyacrilamide in the form of the water solution the reaction is introduced in the reaction to reduce the losses of the deposited copper oxide. The method allows to gain the output of the copper oxide on the nitrocellulose filaments of the order - 96-99.5 % with the practical absence of the copper salts in the process waters. The gained product is used for preparation of solid propellant compositions of the ballistate type.
EFFECT: the method ensures the production output of the copper oxide on the nitrocellulose filaments of the order near to hundred percent and the product may be used for preparation of solid propellant compositions of the ballistate type.
