FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: dust catching apparatus comprises unit consisting of plurality of cyclone-type dust catchers and including primary cyclone-type dust catcher and plurality of secondary cyclone-type dust catchers, top cover mounted on upper part of said unit and equipped with plurality of connecting covers defining connection channel for directing of air delivered from primary cyclone-type dust catcher into secondary cyclone-type dust catchers, and discharge cover defining discharge channel for directing of air delivered from secondary cyclone-type dust catcher to the outside. Connecting covers and discharge cover are made integral with top cover. Contaminants collecting unit is positioned in lower part of unit consisting of plurality of cyclone-type dust catchers and is designated for collecting of contaminants separated from primary cyclone-type dust catcher and secondary cyclone-type dust catchers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved workability of dust catching apparatus.
