FIELD: pneumatic measuring equipment, possible use for measuring lateral runout of roller ends in bearing industry.
SUBSTANCE: device for controlling lateral runout of rollers consists of differential pneumatic electronic measuring device with digital and limit indicators, base with basing surface, measuring element made in form of bracket mounted on base with possible movement. Bracket contains two measuring systems, mounted in opposite walls, and two basing stops. Measuring system consists of two measuring nozzles, each one of which is connected to one of measuring chambers of measuring device. Nozzles of one measuring system are positioned in diametric plane of controlled roller, parallel to base plane at certain distance from each other, not exceeding diameter of roller being measured. Device is provided with roller grading system, containing a window in base, grading tray, shutter with electric magnet.
EFFECT: increased precision of measurements, prevented basing error, increased productiveness of control over lateral runout of rollers.
