FIELD: medicine; analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves condensing substance on electrode surface by applying electrochemical method with volt-ampere curves recorded. Condensation is carried out during 180 s on mercury film electrode under electrolysis potential of -1.80 - -1.75 V on the background of 0.2 n of lithium chloride with following volt-ampere curves recorded under potential scanning speed of 20 mV/s. Digoxin concentration is determined by measuring peak height in potential range of -1.10 - -1.0 V relative to chlorine silver electrode. EFFECT: high sensitivity and speed characteristics of the method.
