FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: nerve's ends should be brought together, fix a tube to surrounding tissues and apply a fixing knot from external side, suture the epineurium of proximal and then distal ends of the nerve. Ligature should be tightened up till nerve's approaching the middle of tube's lumen and then one should bind a ligature's end to fixing knot. The innovation enables to improve the process of regeneration and reconstruct conductivity in sutured nerve more completely.
