FIELD: devices for inducing magnetism in flux of partially magnetized material containing particles suspended in liquid.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device may be used for introduction of magnetic field at high gradient for effective magnetizing of weakly magnetized and strongly magnetized particles for subsequent removal by settling or another method. Device has technological chamber with inlet and outlet holes for admitting and removing the flux, magnetic field source which may be selectively activated relative to technological chamber; at activation, magnetic field source induces magnetism in at least part of material being loaded which consists of macro-particles. Magnetic field source may perform cyclic motion or may be switched on/off repeatedly to exclude settling of material to be magnetized or removal of magnetized material.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
