SUBSTANCE: proposed method is implemented by device for transportation, reception and transfer of articles by wetted surface of transfer elements containing set of transfer elements arranged in common housing installed for rotation. Each transfer element is made for reciprocating displacement for reception of articles and mounting or fixing them on common carrier. First and section fixed linear gear surfaces provide displacement of common housing by means of gears which are coupled by common axle and are installed for rolling over linear toothed surfaces. Common housing is arranged on common axle for rotation by gear, and other housing is hinge-mounted which has linear displacement guides coupled with guide slot to prevent cross displacement of common housing. One of gears coupled by common axle to provide displacement of common housing and gear providing rotation of common housing are functionally coupled with corresponding serrated belt of first and second step drive.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of small-size automatic surface-mounting devices at increased speed of mounting.
