FIELD: runway structures for heavy-duty cranes. SUBSTANCE: proposed crane runway structure has crane runway beam arranged symmetrically relative to vertical axis, H-section brake beam also symmetrical relative to this axis and triple-heed rail made arch-shaped in section. Crane runway beam has chute belt, vertical wall and lower belt. Rail and chute belt of beam form closed tubular section. Brake beam has T-section belts and wall made of sheets and it plays the part of tightening device of arch-shaped rail and chute belt. Brake beam is connected with rail and crane runway beam by hollow rivets with fitted-in cores forming common crane runway structure. EFFECT: increased service life and reduced material usage of crane runway structure. 3 dwg
