FIELD: transport engineering; crane runway beams of bridge cranes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crane runway structures of heavy duty cranes. Proposed rail-and-beam structure has crane runway beam and triple head rails secured on beam. Crane runway beam is tubular, elliptical in section, with larger axis vertical. Said triple head rails are installed on beam from top and bottom following by their feet upper and lower sections of crane runway beam. Each has central head taking up vertical force from main wheel of crane, while two side heads take up horizontal brake forces from guide rollers of crane. Rails are connected with crane runway beam by rivets with fitted in core. Flexible wheel installed in ellipse space in its center tightly fits walls of crane runway beam from inside being connected with walls by rivets with fitted in cores. Section of rail-and-beam structure is balanced relative to main horizontal axis. EFFECT: increased serviced life and improved repairability of rail and beam structure, reduced materials usage. 4 dwg
