FIELD: hydrobotanic purification of industrial and household waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the hydrobotanic purification of the industrial or household waste waters with utilization of the floating plant - Water hyacinth in the climatic conditions of middle latitudes. The method provides for utilization of the Water hyacinth as the floating load in the nutrient solution of the hydrobotanic area. As the nutrient solution of the hydrobotanic area use the waste waters at concentration of an initial contents of the impurities of the polluting substances is taken the following: ammonium nitrogen - no more than 100 mg/l; phosphates - no more than 50 mg/l; ferrum - no more than 25 mg/l; SAS more than 15 mg/l; sulfates - no more than 160 mg/l; oil products - no more than 60 mg/l, P phenols - no more than 350 mg/l; at the biochemical oxygen demand (BCOD) - no more than 1000 mgO2/l and the chemical oxygen demand (COD) - no more than 2200 mgO2/l, with pH within the limits of 5-9. Vegetation of the Water hyacinth in the hydrobotanic area conduct at the temperature of the environment air and water of no less than 19°C with the natural and-or artificial lighting. The biological degradation of the pollutants is conducted in the aqueous volumes of the hydrobotanic area depth of no more than 0.75 m, and at arrival of the maximum concentration limit of the pollutants conduct the stirring up of the silt deposits within reach of the roots of the Water hyacinth without water drain.
EFFECT: the invention ensures biopurification of the industrial and household waste waters in the climatic conditions of middle latitudes with the help of the floating plant - Water hyacinth.
