FIELD: cooling technological molds in machine with individual sections for molding glass containers.
SUBSTANCE: device proposed for manufacture of glass containers has manifold for distribution of treated cooling air among molds for manufacture of glass containers, air blower for delivery of treated cooling air to manifold, indirect action heat exchanger for reception of untreated cooling air and for delivery of treated cooling air to air blower. Indirect action heat exchanger has coil inside it which is provided with inlet and outlet branch pipes, air cooling tower for cooling water which is provided with first water outlet for delivery of water at first temperature and second outlet branch pipe for delivery of water at second temperature which is higher as compared with first one; device is also provided with pump for reception of water from at least one first outlet branch pipe and delivery of water to inlet branch pipe of indirect action heat exchanger for flowing through its coil from inlet branch to outlet branch pipe, thus ensuring indirect heat exchange with untreated air flowing to indirect action heat exchanger; provision is also made for temperature-controlled three-way mixing valve fitted higher in flow from coil of indirect action heat exchanger for reception of water from first and second water outlet branch pipes for control of effect of treatment of water fed to inlet branch pipe of indirect action heat exchanger and return main for return of water from outlet branch pipe of said heat exchanger to water cooling tower. Specification gives description of method of treatment of air used for cooling technological molds.
EFFECT: possibility of regulating cooling air temperature at constant rate.
