FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes seed pretreatment and spraying of vegetative plants with active agent such as aqueous solution of Zircon preparation containing mixture of complex of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives including chicoric acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in mass ratio of 79-81:14-16:4-6, respectively with concentration in preparation of 0.009-0.11 mg/ml and surfactant based on oxyathylated alkylphenoles. Treatment is carried out at preparation consumption of 0.04-0.06 ml per 1 kg of carrot seeds and 6-10 ml per 1 hectare of vegetative carrot plant.
EFFECT: preparation for increasing of carrot productivity.
