FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, baking engineering.
SUBSTANCE: dividing-closing machine has straight dough feeding funnel, feeding rolls with rotation angle adjusting mechanism, piston chambers incorporating pressure pistons, forming cartridges, replaceable casing with spreading cups, rolling pins, belt conveyor with platens and drive mechanism. Drive mechanism is made in the form of four pneumatic cylinder whose stems are respectively connected to feeding rolls, pressure pistons, replaceable casing and belt conveyor. Pneumatic cylinders are connected through electromagnetic pneumatic distributors to microprocessor.
EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation.
