FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The automated device includes the following elements: dough receptacle funnel, a forcing mechanism, a wrapping sleeve, a rolling pin and a drive mechanism; installed inside the wrapping sleeve is an endless conveyor belt connected to the drive mechanism; the dough pieces handler is represented by a belt conveyor having a pair of rollers installed in guides and capable of movement along the belt motion line.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the design and reduce power consumption.
