FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is related to bakery, namely to separatory flanger for producing the dough pieces of shaped rolls. The device includes receiving cone for dough, feeding rolls, piston chambers with pressure pistons and forming muffs, changeable holder with rolling sheets, rolling pins, droppers, conveyor and driving gear. Pressure pistons are placed vertically, feeding rolls are stacked, the roll rotation angle is set by the time of its rotation, the conveyor makes the reciprocating movement in horizontal plane perpendicular to the conveyor movement direction.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the design, and decrease power consumption.
