SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes meat cutting and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; potato cutting, blanching and chopping; speck, onion, carrot and parsley root cutting, roasting, and chopping; wheat flout roasting. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, CO2-extracts from black pepper, pyrolysis wood and bay leaf, tomato paste, citric acid and table salt. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth in aluminum tubes in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
