SUBSTANCE: one should measure the height of longitudinal pedal arch with the help of a foot-meter. In 2-3 min it is necessary to fulfill repeated measurement under conditions of maximal muscular relaxation. At decreased height of longitudinal pedal arch one should diagnose the availability of longitudinal platypodia.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of clinical diagnostics.
