FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics and aims at combined talipes correction. At least three KINESIO NEX adhesive tapes are attached one by one on an internal side of a foot circularly and screw-like at an angle to a foot axis 15-20°. The first tape for correction of external hallux inclination is attached in the Y-form on a medial surface of the distal foot. The leader of the tape is attached tension-free, the middle part of the split tapes is attached at tension 50% from a hallux phalanx to a heel bone. The ends of the split tapes are attached tension-free. The second I-tape is used to form a transverse arch of the foot. The leader of the tape is attached tension-free along a back surface at a base of 111-1V instep bones, then circularly at tension 50% about the foot in one round; the end of the tape is attached tension-free. The third I-tape is used to form a longitudinal arch of the foot with the leader of the tape attached along the external surface of the foot within a tarsus at an angle 15-20 degrees to the foot axis; the middle of the tape is attached at tension min. 50% with spirally covering the foot at the level of the longitudinal arch and fixed tension-free within the external surface of the ankle joint.
EFFECT: combined talipes correction.
