FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves circularly cutting serous intestine layer in perpendicular to intestine axis in two places 5 cm far from each other. Separate interrupted sutures are put-in in the zone of exposed segment. The serous intestine layer is sutured with single suture in mesenterial intestine edge region. The serous intestine layer is sutured with single suture in anti-mesenterial intestine edge region. Two seroserous sutures are put in along mesenterial and antimesenterial intestine edge. The sutures are 5 cm far from each other. A row of seromuscular sutures are put in. The intestine is sutured near proximal and distal circular cuts above the suture lines.
