SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preventing the inflow of the content from underlying organ into the overlying one in case of surgical interferences upon the organs of abdominal cavity. It is necessary to dissect serous intestinal layer circularly at the distance of 10 cm one isolated segment against another, dissect serous intestinal layer at the distance of 8 cm by not achieving circular incisions from each side, turn the above-mentioned developed intestinal part for 45° around intestinal axis, apply the row of sero-serous sutures in area of circular incisions by fixing the alterations of segment's position against the main intestinal loop. The innovation enables to prevent the inflow of the content of underlying organ into the overlying one.
