FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: with cuttings one should form the bottom for endoprosthesis' cup, circularly introduce 3-4 threading screws into the upper part of cotyloid bottom from the top downwards and from outside inwards so, that distal end of each one should protrude into cotyloid cavity being above. Then one should introduce osseous cement into cotyloid cavity to fix endoprosthesis cup and fill in the defect of the upper edge of cotyloid cavity, moreover, the cup's upper edge should be below the sites of introducing the screws that creates the support for endoprosthesis' cup.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
