FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has anode, cathode and electric energy source; electric energy source is electrically connected with anode and cathode. Anode or cathode has electrode and reservoir, which has case made of polymer material, and aqueous medium in case of anode. Aqueous medium has medicinal preparation or electrolyte salts or their mixtures, propylene glycol and anti-microbe agent in amount being sufficient for inhibition of growth of material in aqueous medium. Propylene glycol is present in amount, which eliminates absorption of anti-microbe agent in aqueous medium by metal of device.
EFFECT: reduced absorption of anti-microbe preparations into polymer material of container.
