FIELD: agriculture biotechnology, in particular compost production from wood processing and food processing industry waste.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes waste mixing with paunch mature as microelement source and baking or beer yeast or yeast extracts and autolysates. Mixture is moistened up to humidity of 30-50 % and composted under aerobic conditions, wherein carbon/nitrogen ratio in finished product is from 10 to 50.
EFFECT: compost improving soil composition and fertility.
