SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of the formula (I): 
wherein A represents compounds of the general formula (A1) 
wherein R1 and R2 are similar or different and each represents (C1-C6)-alkyl group, hydroxymethyl group, (C1-C6)-alkoxymethyl group or (C1-C6)-halogenalkyl group; R3, R4, R5 and R6 can be similar or different and each represents (C1-C6)-hydroxyalkyl group, (C1-C6)-halogenalkyl group, amino-group wherein amino-group can be optionally substituted with one or two (C1-C6)-hydroxyalkyl groups, hydroxyl group, hydrogen atom or halogen atom; R7 represents hydrogen atom; n represents a whole number 1 or 2, and its pharmacologically acceptable salts or pharmacologically acceptable esters. Compounds elicit the excellent activity and stability and useful in treatment and/or prophylaxis of diabetes mellitus and other diseases. Also, invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions, inhibitor of α-amylase, hypoglycemic agent based on these compounds, and to a method for treatment or prophylaxis of diabetes mellitus and other diseases.
