SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel cyclohexane derivatives of formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts having inhibitory effect on Na+-glucose cotranspoter (SGLT2), as well as to pharmaceutical compositions based on the said compounds and their use in preventing or treating diabetes, diabetic complications caused by hyperglycaemia or obesity. 
, where A is -O-; n is an equal to 0 or 1; R6 and R7 each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6alkyl group, m is an integer selected from 1-3; Q is selected from Q1 - Q5, given in formula 2.
EFFECT: obtaining novel cyclohexane derivatives or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and preparation of a pharmaceutical composition based on the said compounds.
