FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: nucleic acid molecule encodes a homodimeric protein from two identical amino acid chains, each of which includes: (1) a signal peptide, (2) a directing unit, (3) a dimerization motif, and (4) an antigenic unit. The said directing unit consists of an amino acid sequence having at least 80% sequence identity with amino acid sequence 24-93 of SEQ ID NO: 1. The said antigenic unit includes an amino acid sequence derived from early human papillomavirus E6 (HPV16) and/or HPV18 proteins and an amino acid sequence derived from the early E7 protein from HPV16 and/or HPV18.

EFFECT: inventions allow to induce a specific and strong immune response to HPV by presenting APCs with the cells of immunogenic epitopes of HPV genes products and can be used as therapeutic compounds in treatment of various diseases caused by HPV, such as cancers and infectious diseases.
