SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out pulsating Doppler ultrasonography approach for examining and recording orbital artery blood circulation speed data. Quantitative values describing blood circulation in the orbital vein. Then orbital arteriovenous relation index is calculated from formula Vmax o.a./Vmax o.v.= orbital arteriovenous relation index, where Vmax o.a. is the maximum systolic speed in the orbital artery; Vmax o.v. is the maximum systolic speed in the orbital vein. The index value being from -6.0±0.02 to -12.0±0.03, infiltration stage is diagnosed. The value being from -4.0±0.01, fibrosis in orbit pseudotumor is diagnosed.

EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
